Saw a "good deal" on a 2nd hand vehicle.
Requested a call-back from the dealer (as this is prompted).
David phoned me.
Took some details and was going to phone me back.
1st lot of nonsense... he never phoned back.
I phoned.
He was so busy and all sorts of nonsense.
Went to have my vehicle for a trade-in evaluated on Friday, 27 Sept '13.
2nd lot of nonsense... David was going to phone me back within 30-45min.
It is now 4 days later and I had to phone.
He was so busy with month end and what not... yet he makes promises he does not keep.
And above all... they offered me R42, 000 LESS than the trade value on the vehicle. No, the vehicle is not a "skedonk" and even has a full service history.
Pathetic... pathetic... pathetic!
You, David and VW, definitely stand by the general rule that "2nd hand car dealers are skelm"... plus, you don't even provide any decent service!
Close the doors to the business now... while you are (maybe" ahead!
