Still waiting for my refund

I had a mechanical problem while I was abou 500 KM from home, I was advised to book 4 a hotel (for the 17 to 18th of February), I booked and faxed / emailed my receipt for a refund. They promised to refund me within 7 working days but they didn't honour their word!
