Failed to contact me with progress of spairs!

I have been waiting since December 2011 for my Ssanyong drivers door handle and from October 2012 for my drivers door window motor. ive been promised that Cash will call me to collect and fit the goods. Cash and the service ceenter never call or follow up. ive had to follow up every time. the windo motor was placed on order while the car was under gurantee and theyve not logged it on the system. now the car is out of warrenty which means i will also have to pay to the motor. I want feed back. i sent an email to the group manager last year and ive still not recived any feed back from him too.
