Bad Service and 20 Days head lights not fixed

I took my car in for a 150k service on 26 Sep, the lady assisting me was Charne Deyzel. I took my car back to Fury Hyde Park due to the great sevice i had previously received, but this time around i am extremely shocked at how bad their service has been. I was told that my car would be ready around 4pm and only aroung 3pm did i get a call to give me the estimate for the service as well as that my car will not be ready that same day. I eventually spoke to Francis who is the manager and told him that since i was travelling i would need the car back that day. Upon picking up my car i found that they had not replaced my head lights which needed replacing. It is now the 17th of October and i still am driving with just one headlight and Fury Hyde park ahs not bothered to get back to me regarding sorting this out. When i called today i was told by Francis that they order in bulk hence they still do not have my headlights. i will never take my car to Fury Hyde Park AS THIER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS SHOCKING!!! 15 working days just to get headlights really???
