Did my alignment by them before my business trip to PE. The evening while Doing pre-trip checks i noticed the driver side wheel is straight and passenger side wheel is Set on negative Camber. with me leaving in a few hours, there was no way i cold return the car to them to correct. upon my arrival in PE the very next day, i immediately contacted the Branch and spoke to a woman. I advised her of my situation and requested a note be made of this and upon my return (in about 2months Time), i would like it resolved. She assured me notes have been made in diary and i can bring the car in. the alignment is currently Messed up and when i returned the car to them, i get the manager claiming "ITS TOO LONG AGO. YOU COULD HAVE DRIVEN INTO A POTHOLE" so i advised him to check his book for notes and guess what, NO NOTES WERE MADE!!! it was his word against mine. utterly disgusted. to MANAGEMENT, " NEVER MAKE PROMISES YOU CANT KEEP " I refuse to PAY again for shoddy workmanship. EXTREMELY upset and disappointed. :(
