Can't complain about the service as there was none

Hi,

On my way back last night from Johannesburg, i stopped at the Engen Blockhouse Garage to fill up my vehicle.
When driving in, i noticed that 3 pumps were blocked with a dustbin. I moved my car to a pump that was open. I then noticed that there was about 4 more customers waiting to be attended to. This was at about 7pm. Eventually, a petrol attendant came to give the guy next to me the credit card machine. When I asked him are you the only petrol attendent, he replied, no mam, we are two. I was outraged! For such a busy garage and they have only two attendants working? Not acceptable! The owner should have more staff on duty! THis is not the first time that this has happened and I've heard from friends that they do not go to this garage especially due to the manager not employing enough staff!

It was very convenient to stop at the Blockhouse, but I can assure you now, i'd rather drive an extra five kilometres and go and fill up at the Sasol in Meyerton.

The manager/owner needs to start being more handson and see what is happening and employ more people!!!
