Bp Southern Africa
Smoking at service Station

Dear BP

This morning while I was filling up at the BP Tygervalley (Durban road, Bellville) I was shocked to see 2 ladies smoking 5m from the petrol pumps.

When I brought this under attention Moses, the petrol attendant, he confirmed that it was a smoke free area. Despite this he did nothing about the situation.

I then confronted the 2 ladies which laugh it off. Their words were that they do this every morning and have never been told that they can't do it. This confirmed my fear that the personnel and management of the BP Tygervalley has no interest in enforcing laws that was put in place to safeguard other customers.

For my own safety I will no longer by using BP Tygervalley or any BP service station for that matter. I also feel it is my public obligation to inform any friends, family and the general public to also stop using BP Tygervalley for their own safety.
