I took my car 3 times for service within 4 months but my problem had not been solved. On the 04/01/2013 I took it bak becuase there was sound coming form the back always when I stopped, which I reported from the first time I took my car for service.. The sound had been fixed but the breaks continued to give me problem until I took my car for assessment by an independent service provider for second opinion. He identified that the break calipers need to be replaced, the break pads both rear and front were damaged and the front discs were damaged. I bought new front discs and both front and rear but the sound form the front wheel continued. he advised that I take it for warranty service for the break calipers to be replaced. I took my car back on the 21/02/2013 and was told they are out of stock and the car can only be ready by Monday 25/02/2013. I was without transport the whole weekend and on Monday I waited for them to call until at about 17h00 when I called to check and was told by Theresa that I can come for my car. When on my way there on public transport a technician called to say I must not come cause they have not finished and will call to tommorow I am still waiting for.
