I bought a "New/Demo" vehicle with 4000kms on the clock. The first couple of days from owning it, I noticed the breaks were sounding funny, so I called the salesman who told me they can check the breaks for me but when he had the car he did not hear anything. So the car went in for check up and came back with report saying nothing wrong. I drove it for a while again like that and the breaks started to progressively get worse so I called them again to say I am not happy with the breaks and can they please replace the breaks. So the car went back in for the breaks after waiting about 3-4 weeks for the parts and then they replaced the break discs. I got the car back and immediately hear that the problem had not been resolved after replacing the discs. So I called again and arrangements were made for car to go in again a third time now as well as servicing the car. I got the car back and my husband said to me it doesn't look like anything was done to the breaks because the invoice just states cleaned and adjusted breaks after I requested that the breaks be replaced totally. Now I am still sitting a faulty breaks!! I want a new car now.
