A parcell was sent to me on 22feb. On the morning of 25feb I spoke to the call centre in pretoria and was told that my parcell had gone out and that I could expect delivery in the afternoon. No delivery. On the morning of 26feb I phoned the call centre again and was told that I could expect delivery before 12h00. Needless to say no delivery. I made FOUR more calls during the course of the afternoon just to be told on ALL four occassions that the driver was almost there. He finally arrived at 16h40, after I had cancelled all my appointments for the afternoon to wait for him, with a bad attitude and not looking or sounding sober. I am appalled at the poor service and lack of apology I received.
