I sent a request for a holiday booking to Vanessa at Aponi Travel for our December holidays. Within minutes of my email, Vanessa responded and advised that she would be getting back to us within that same afternoon.
True to her word, Vanessa sent a couple of options, called me and advised that the quotes have been emailed and also went through the quotes with me over the phone. After explaining and giving advise, I advised Vanessa that I would get back to her as I needed to confirm with my husband.
A couple of days passed and Vanessa sent a follow up email, asking if we needed any further help. I went back to her to book and she came back to us immediately with confirmation explaining when and what had to be done from that point.
I just wanted to compliment Vanessa on her suberp service and say thank you for helping us with our holiday arrangments.
