Customer advises problem with SORENTO

KIA all the way to head office have been advised by me of the problem with my KIA SORENTO to date it has been in the work shop over 10 months to try and sort. The warranty people keep pushing the blame.

I get phone calls to say next week Mr Williams but the very problem I put my family;s life and trust in still comes up KIA do not want to sort the very problem I told them about from the very start. FUEL INJECTORS.

They refuse to address the issue three times I have broken down they even made me pay for the extra distance to get my car to their workshop. The SORENTO has now passed maintenance plan and has 40 000km or 4 years to go on warranty. Their motto is "THE POWER TO SURPRISE" need to add DUMB CUSTOMERS. Why we the very people who they need to sell the products should accept this. DOWN WITH FALSE ADVERTISING TO THE PEOPLE... lets pay for what we get and get what we pay for...
