New Kia Sorento but look like old

I bought a new Kia Sorento from Kia Edenvale Head Office. When the work shop fitted a tow bar and nudge bar to my new Sorento, thy fitted the wrong nudge bar and with the fitment thy shipped the bumper paint. Thy even scratch the paint of the tow bar and i patched the pain up to prevent it from rust. The vehicle has plastic trimmings all arrowed the lower body and is hold in place will plastic clips; half of the clips were missing after the fitment. The driver seat had a default on the one side. The seat was replace and the sad the will replaced the front bumper when thy fit the right nudge bar, with the fitment of the second nudge bar, thy did not had the right new bumper so thy put the old one back, but this time, thy broke something on the bumper or the body because the bumper does not fit right anymore, it pulls away from the body. I'm not supposed to worry because thy will still fit a new one ones thy get one. The vehicle is white and the roof and bonnet has small brown spots in the pain.
