DEFECTIVE REPAIRS TO KIA SORENTO

I purchased a KIA Sorento on 28 December 2012 from AUTOMARK Middelburg at 86 000 km. On 19 April 2013 the car left me by the roadside for 19 times during a 260 km drive, cutting out at 2500 rpm. Since inception the car had trouble starting. The vehicle was taken to EASTVAAL KIA for repairs under the CONSUMER WARRANTY of six months. During a period of 9 weeks the vehicle was taken back to KIA as
the problem still existed, THREE different parts were replaced at a cost of close to R23 000. On 14 October 2013 the problem once again occured, still cutting out at 2500 rpm. Since then the 6 months period has lapsed, the initial problem still exists. NEITHER of the two companies want to take responsiblity, the diagnosis according to DIESEL SPECIALISTS - INJECTOR FAILURE which amounts to closed to R40 000 for replacement, R9000 for recon of the faulty injectors. I have since reported the matter to the MOTOR INDUSTRY OMBUDSMAN as well as the CONSUMER COUNCIL. According to the DIESEL SPECIALIST, all the symptoms pointed to INJECTOR problems from the start. KIA claimed to have tested them, yet they do not have the equipment to test the injector components. What is my rights???
