No feedback on problem solving!

Pending problem, with my Kia Sorento 2.5 transmission, after four months I still have no answer. I went to see Mr Chris Lessing Service Manager at Eastvaal Motors Middelburg and even he is still waiting for response from Kia South Africa. Marnus Technical Support Specialist did inspect the transmission, but the problem is still present. I was informed that Kia is waiting for information from Korea, but still no feedback. I trust that this problem will be resolve soon
