I wish to lodge a complaint on the actions of an employee as they have refused to pay for damages. A call to HR office lodging a complaint as one of their employees drove recklessly into my vehicle on the highway. The guilty person has no standards or morals as they have refused to pay for my vehicles damages after admitting it was their fault and mentioned that they do not have insurance on their vehicle but as Auto Trader had panel beaters who would repair my vehicle. When I queried this with Auto Trader's HR department, this was untrue. When I contacted the HR department for the employee's personal details as the guilty party refused to give the necessary accident information required to lodge an insurance claim, HR would not give any such details.
My question is, why would this guilty person divulge their work details and false information about who they use to do panel beating? The guilty person represents the company who employs dishonest people who cannot accept liability to paying for damages. I would not want to purchase any vehicle advertised by Auto Trader because I would not know whether Auto Trader has high advertising standards.
