Leaving Loyal Customers in the Dust

I have always rate the level of service i received from Autohaus Centurion the best when servicing my vehicle there. I have had my vehicle serviced with then for the past four years without any delay. I phone in to book my vehicle for a service and was advised that they are fully booked until the 05th of March 2013. When asking the agent if they had any cancellation i was given attitude. Informed her my vehicle will have reached the 46 000km mark by then and it would cause problems for me with VW she had no care attitude towards this. I asked her if she could assist in pointing me to another dealer that i might use, she did not even try to assist. Having driven verious VW products over the past 10 years this has made wonder if i should not take my business elsewhere.

I am Extremly disappointed in the service I received from VW in this regard.
