On the 19th august I had a burglary at my house and the broke the glass on the window of my car. my car is insured with Oakhurst insurance company, I made a claim on the glass they said they've processed my claim. even today they still haven't replaced the glass on my window. I've asked for a courtesy car since it was not safe for me to drive the car without the window and they refused to give me the courtesy car saying that i should drive the car as it is or make a plan. Its now a MONTH and still my car doesn't have a window, they said that the glass of my car cannot be found in south Africa they need to order it from another country and it will take 7-14days, but that has passed long ago and i am still waiting. i am very disappointed at their poor service and i will sure never use this company ever gain or recommend it to anyone.
