Pathetic service

I have recently tried phoning Masterparts in the Strand to order parts for redoing to of my delivery vehicles' engines.
1st call I waited for easily 10mins trying to get through to sales after which I hung up.

Hour later I phoned again. Same story. Lady answers the phone and I ask to be put through to sales. After listening to some irratating music for a couple of mins the call gets reverted back to the lady. Again I ask for sales. And so it continues. Waiting and waiting. No one helps.

3rd call and exactly the same. At this point I phoned Alert engine parts who is not even based in the Strand. The service was quick and I even received it the same day.

It was interesting to note that after I went to midas to buy service parts (filters etc) the salesman there also told me that they dont even bother to phone Masterparts anymore as you wait forever to get through to them.

Their pathetic service is costing them hundreds of thousands of rands while the competition is smiling all the way to the bank.
