I went to fill up at the service station this morning (5:50) after I stayed away for a few months since my last complaint.
Firstly it took a while for the attendants to decide who will serve me while browsing the morning newspaper. Then the poor fellow's ID badge for the pump didn't work after about ten tries. He finally calls someone to help, but it takes a good few minutes for someone with a working badge to come and help him out (Didn't seem like he wanted to). He was asked to check the oil, which in itself didn't take that long, only getting the oil from the cashiers took some persuasion and then it took a while to open then one by one at another pump as the opener where I was parked was out of order.
Lastly it was just the time it took him to get my receipt from the cashier - from where I was sitting it seemed that they struggled to ring up the oil - I don't know!
It was almost 20 minutes later that we left. 20 MIN for R50 petrol and 2 pints of oil and water, no Tyre pressure or windscreen and it was a cash payment!?
