I drove into this Petrol Station (Corner Randfontein & Main Reef Road) after my car indicated low tyre pressure. One petrol attendant was busy eating outside their small room and the other chatting to a friend at a near distance. I stood there for quite a while and decided to take a video of this; until a second car drove in near me. The one eating came dragging his feet towards my car, and as soon as I asked for him to check the tyre pressure, he discarded me like a piece of junk and he walked away to a car that just came in;no explanation, no nothing. I asked him what the problem was, and he continued to serve 'the paying customer'.I just took a picture of the garage and left with no help.
Sad part is that I have just moved into the area, about 3km from the garage and with this attitude I do not foresee myself filling up at that station again unless this guy is brought to book.
Very disappointed and felt belittled as a customer.
PS: I have been trying to get the Engen Customer Care contacts for complaint escalation but could not find it, hence I took long to make this complaint here.
