I went to Eyethu Engen Garage, and filled up R100, my car was empty after the attendant filled up my light was stil on. I asked for the slip it showed 21:05 and my transaction took place at 21:17.the cashier claimed the time is incorrect on their system. I called a different attendant on the same pump and asked him to fill up with a R100 again, this time my llight went off and my gage went up immediately and the TIME on the slip said 21:32 which was correct. The second transction proves something was wrong with the first transaction, the pump was not dropped.
same pump, same service station, same amount but different volumes from different attendants. DAY LIGHT ENGEN. I always filled up at Engen, I was your number one customer but after this forget it. The very same attendant MDU has a stingking attitude.
I called the mananger (China) to lodge a complaint he tells me he looked at the cameres and the pump was dropped, all I know is that the camera will not show how many litres went into my car you have to check the transaction, if the sale went through or not and how many litres were dispensed at that transaction time. THANK YOU ENGEN FOR A BAD SERVICE.
