I purchased a car radio during the week and had it installed on Friday. Unfortunately it was not working properly and I had to return it. I was very concerned as it was not possible to take the whole thing back in the box as it had all been installed and would have been a problem to remove the speakers. Eugene was extremely helpful. He came to the car to test the radio himself. He then removed the radio for me and assisted me at returns to get a credit and helped me at the till to get the new one. He then returned to the car with me and installed the new radio to make sure that it was working. Thank you Eugene! Without your help this would have been a really traumatic experience for me! We have got so used to receiving bad service these days and having to fight for everything, it really made my day to deal with somebody so caring and willing to go the extra mile!
