Poor service from Hyundai Menlyn

We took our Tucson to the Menlyn branch for a service on 27 March. As previously arranged with the service dept the car radio had to be removed (volume button not functioning correctly) and a new rear bumper had to be fitted to the car. Upon arrival for the service the service consultant, Andre, just laughed at our requests of the radio and the bumper. He said they did not remove radios, a new radio was the only option (at R30 000) and that they also did not fit bumpers! He thought all our request were a big joke, laughing loudly about it!! We complained about his attitude to Jacques Riekert, service dept head.
The car was at a repair shop close to Menlyn Hyundai a few days later, and Mr Riekert offered to go there and remove the car radio himself. This also did not happen, despite the fact that the car was at the repair shop for 6 consecutive days. We even went so far as to book the car for the removal of the radio, as to have a jobcard. And the repair shop phoned Hyundai to remind mr Riekert about the radio.
We confronted Mr Riekert regarding the non removal of the radio and he just shrugged his shoulders!!
Poor, poor service! Won't take our car there again!
