I have sent a package with these guys, supposed to arrive in JHB in a day, but its yet to be delivered supposedly due to a strike somewhere. No communication from them about the delay, called more than 6 times am put on hold for more than 20 minutes each time till I hang up and try again, even trying a supervisor/manager doesnt help. I know a company from, these guys are! Send whatever you want to at your own risk. Meanwhile someone is stuck in JHB waiting for the package to arrive. I am so fed up and angry, these guys being sponsored exist just to be a waste of taxpayers money.
