To the OWNER of Shell Garage on Blueberry Street (close to Honeydew Shopping Centre)
I would just like to make you aware of something that is going on at your garage. Today I bought a MTN recharge voucher (at 12:11pm), on returning to my vehicle I tried loading the airtime only to be told it had already been used, thinking I typed a number in wrong I tried again and again with no luck. I then contacted MTN on 173 to be told that the airtime had already been loaded at 11:45am by a cell number with the last four digits of 7063.
I went back into the store and asked to speak to the manager, he identified himself as the manager and after explaining to him what just happened he said he had to phone the people who send the number to the machine??? I in-turn contacted MTN and had the lady on hold until the manager finally finished on his call and spoke to them (he was very much on the defence and really rude to MTN). MTN indicated to him that he would have to print out another voucher for me, he was more concerned about being short at the end of the day than actually assisting.
After standing there refusing to leave probably another 20 minutes he finally printed out another voucher!!!
