Drove -50km, invoiced for 277km

I have sent the email below to Europcar on 13 Feb but received no response.

There seems to have been a mistake on the invoice you sent me. I had my rental car for 21 hours and drove this route:

6km Europecar Randburg to Cresta shopping center
6km back to work
17km to home
17km to Europcar Randburg
---
46km Total

However, on the invoice it states that I drove 277km!

The quote (attached) I received for 7 days was supposed to have been R 1081.00, so you can imagine my surprise being charged R 398.16 for a single day.

Please rectify and respond to me asap.
