I am a fleet owner. You claim that the battery were checked but you failed to do so. I had the battery with a battery expert who confirmed that it is impossible for the battery to rub dry if you did fill it. there are no way that it can be true. the only truth is that you did not check it. falsely claimed that you have, setting profit before my concerns. Because of your actions it is costing me money. I will never setlle for such poor service and will not service my vehicles with you again.
