The insurance claim was authorised in December 2012. We were then told that the parts is on back order and that it will be ready at the end of Jan. When I phoned them at the end of Jan, I was told that there are no parts on back order and that a new order will be placed which will only be ready in March!
The service is shocking! i told them that I atleast expect an explanation but to date, I have not had the courtesy of a response.
