My wife just picked up our 2011 countryman for the 5th time from BMW centurion and they still haven't fixed the car. They haven't responded to previous complaints and BMW SA haven't contacted me as I was promised to. It means I have to take the car back again and leave my wife and two kids at home agian without a car to drive for a day or two again because they are unable to fix the car and to incompetent to test the work they have done.
