I am Insured with King Price insurance and I was involved in the car accident on the 14 March. King Price called me on the 14th March, that was quick enough. They told me to take my car for evaluation on the 18 March and waited for the to come back to me, to tell me how was my claim. She only came back to me on the 22 March to tell me that the claim was finalized, she is waiting on the management approval. 2 days after she told me that the panel beaters that have been chosen to fix my car will contact me. The Lady from Corner right called after couple of days, to tell me that they will order my car parts before they book my car in for panel beating. The Lady called me back again in May to book my car to bring my car in for panel beating on the 10th June. When i got the old man i found there, he told me that my car will be ready for collection on the 21st June but the called me on Thursday 20th June to tell me that they busy with it. They will call me again week after to tell me if it was ready.
I hate it because i told them that i am using the car to go to work. I am struggling I have to take a taxi while my car is sitting with them.
I want my car fixed by Tuesday.
