I own a Mazda 5 Indiv. which I bought in 2011, I love the car however the service from Mazda regarding Spares has been pathetic (not the dealers they are great), the first issue was a aircon compressor, 4 weeks, then a bonnet and front grill, 8 weeks, then a clutch pedal assembly 7 weeks, now a seat sub assembly 7 weeks, for a main stream new vehicle this is appalling. I contacted their customer relations department via the email on their website [Email Removed] on the 22nd of january 2013, I got an automated response with a ref no. Your case reference number is : {SrvReqNo:[0600012734]} and was assured of their best effort at all times, two weeks later after NO EFFORT i contacted them again with the ref no. and still nothing from them, frankly it's pathetic.
A great product being ruined by pathetic service!!!
