PETROL FILTER not replaced with service

Good day, after a long wait and many phone calls to Mazda Customer Service with no response I am still sitting without a petrol filter for my Mazda 6 2010 2.0 original. When we took it in for service last year November at Mazda Centurion - the service manager said that they did not replace the petrol filter because it is too expensive and they do not have it in stock (although this should be done as it is stated so and covered on the maintenance plan) also with the service our car was not even washed. This for me is just bad service together with bad attitude. NO proper feedback were given to me when I phoned customer service numerous times. I will never in my life buy a Mazda again - the service is just pathetic and at this stage I am still sitting without a petrol filter for my vehicle! another money making scheme probably because their customer service is so bad they probably have to make money some other way!
