Utterly Useless Service Staff

Purchased a used Mazda 6 MPS from the sole previous owner in November 2012. When I took delivery the vehicle came with papers from Mazda Menlyn saying that a knock at the front passenger side was repaired. Within three months the knock was back. Took it to Lazarus Mazda in Centurion. After two trips they they claimed that the knock was fixed.

Soon after the clutch went while driving in heavy traffic which also affected the turbo. The car was taken to Fury Mazda in Fourways, close to work, THREE times. First for two weeks while the clutch was being replaced. When I went to fetch the car I was told it wasn't actually ready and they had broken the steering wheel clock spring, so it went back immediately. After they paid for their error the vehicle was returned to them within days for a leak which was coming from the gearbox.

The knock has returned, BADLY. The turbo still doesn't spool. The clutch pedal, which I asked to have adjusted, flops around until half way. Multiple calls to the dealership and Mazda SA have proven fruitless, nobody has bothered to call me back, and my car sounds like the wheel is about to COME OFF.

All repairs were conducted under the extended warranty
