Full service, that was not full after all

I took my car to Ford 6months ago for a service, they did the service and they got back to me and told me that everything was perfect. Two months down the line the car gave problems took it to them and they told me no problems, Last Friday my car just stop, when i took it to the dealership in Bellito they just told me that it will cost R37000.00 to replace the engine, reason being that some valve leaked and coursed the car to over heat and now they have to replace the whole engine, my problem is that i was never told about the Valve if i knew about it, i would have replaced it and now i have R37000.00, almost half of what the car is worth. I seriously need to talk to some one at ford, i really trusted the fact that they will be able to pick things like these as client, since I as a client do not know when, and what runs out. I would appreciate it very much if i can get someone at ford to get back to me
