I recently dealt with Suzuki Ipop, Rosettenville, Lovely people thus I am a little reluctant to write this complaint but I cannot let other people be misled like I was. I wanted to purchase a vehicle through them as mine was a write-off. Elizabeth Gomes the sales lady told me to pay a R1000.00 holding deposit in order to keep the price from going up in the new year and to give me first option to the vehicle should someone else be interested - unfortunately due to Finances the deal fell through now they do not want to pay back my holding deposit... Never was I told that I would not get my deposit back if the deal had to be cancelled. I would like my holding deposit back please - as I do not get a reply when I e-mail Liz.
This is not even the full story - if I do not receive my deposit back I will have to tell the full story in order for people to be aware of what is happening, this is something I do not want to do but I am forced to due to lack of interest with regrads to the above matter...
