SUZUKI BRYANSTON SELLS CARS UNDER FALSE PRETENSES

THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAINT AS NOW I AM LOOKING FOR ADVISE WELL. THE DEALER PRINCIPLE FROM SUZUKI BRYANSTON - NEILL HAS FINALLY RETURNED MY MAIL AND CONFIRMED THAT HE CANNOT FIND THE 4500 SERVICE THAT THEY PROMISED ME THE CAR HAD BEFORE PURCHASING. I PURCHASED THIS CAR IN SEPTEMBER 2012, BEFORE WE SIGNED WE ASKED THE SALES MEN NAEEM TO CONFIRM IF THERE WAS A 45000 SERVICE, HE CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS DONE BUT THERE WAS JUST NO STAMP, HOWEVER THEY COULD ORGANISE IT FROM THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP AND PREVIOUS OWNER. LIQUID CAPITAL SUPPORTED THIS BY SELLING ME AN EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN. WHEN I TOOK MY CAR FOR A SERVICE I HAD TO PAY IN CASH AS HYUNDAI BRYANSTON SAID THERE WAS NO RECORD OF ANY 45000 SERVICE AND MY WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED. NOW I AM SITTING WITH A WASTED SERVICE PLAN AND A CAR WITH NO WARRANTY WHICH MEANS I CANNOT SELL IT!!! I AM BUSY INVESTIGATING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT TO SEE HOW I AM COVERED. BUT BE AWARE - SUZUKI BRYANSTON ARE FRAUDS. OH AS MENTIONED THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT, MEANING THAT HEAD OFFICE ALSO IGNORED ME. ALSO STILL WAITING FOR MY USER MANUAL NAEEM... TIC-TOC ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS...
