FAILURE TO REFUND DEPOSIT OF R31, 000-00

During June 2010 my wife purchased a new Suzuki SX4 - deposit R11, 000-00 paid in cash.
This transaction was cancelled due to a factory fault on vehicle and Arnold du Plessis agreed to replace this vehicle with a Nissan Murano on condition that a further deposit of R20, 000-00 being paid.
Ayesha, my wife, under the supervision of Kobus Bekker at ABSA signed the agreement, however the deposit of R31, 000-00 was never deducted from the purchase, full amount financed.
Despite numerous complaints, Arnold Du Plessis still fails or refuses to refund this deposit of R31, 000-00 to ABSA or my wife.
