I booked my Ford Fiesta in for diagnosis on a number of problems on 31 January 2012. On 4th February i received a call advising me of the results and subsequently requested a written report of this diagnosis. i have been waiting and receiving no feedback in this regard. Everyday i am making multiple phonecalls to the dealership. After being billed exorbitantly for this work to be done, you would think it wouldnt be too much to ask to get a written document of the results. Very disappointing service and experience
