Can not fix my Car after one year

Bought my new vehicle (Ford Kuga) in Dec 2011. In March 2012 it started with a problem that the battery run flat. After long investigations and in and out of the garage. It was identified that the computer of the car does not switch off all the time and if left long enough on a weekend from Friday to Sunday the battery will be flat. The vehicle was Jump Started up to 9 times since then. This did not happen over the last few months be cause I am aware of the problem and checking for that. I see that when the lights are on in the centre column. (It is suppose to go of in 15 min time) Ford do not know how to sort this out!! They have replaced the computer (Locking device and the blue-tooth unit on the radio ext ..) Came up with solutions that it is a regional problem (only happens in Secunda and the blue-tooth does not switch off ext.) All this does not help to solve the problem. I have suggested that they replace the vehicle witch they are trying to avoid all the time. I am the one that is suffering because I need to watch the vehicle all the time and are not always sure what I will find when it was standing. Restarting it at night when the lights not off in centre column. Need help
