My vehicle a Ssangyong Korando was serviced in around October 2012 at Mahindra West Rand. All the brakes were replaced. Since October 2012 till 18 February 2013 my vehicle has been back to the dealership 5 times for its handbrake currently there is no handbrake. This is a safety feature that doesn't work. Then the workshop manager has a cheek to ask if I drive with the handbrake on or stop with the handbrake. The vehicle has a warning sound if hand brake is on. Then one phones the workshop oh just book it in and they can only help on Thursday 21 February 2013.
