I bought a new SsangYoung Korando 2, 2.0L, Auto in 2012 and wanted to trade it in for a R500 000, 00 vehicle after 16 months, after paying R295 000.00 [new] for the vehicle, I could only get R120 000 for my vehicle which is only 16 months old, with 40 000 km on. Is it possible to loose nearly two thirds of the value on a vehicle, which is actually a demo, with full service history, still under guarantee, has a service maintenance plan and is also accident free.
My suggestion is to stay away from these vehicles or else marry them until death do you apart.
