I BOUGHT A 2012 SSANYONG KORANDO ON THE 28TH OF SEPTEMBER 2012 AT HYUNDAI WONDERBOOM, AS THE VEHICLE ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS I WAS ADVISED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO MAHINDRA FOR WARRANTY CLAIM. WELL AS IT TURNED OUT THE GEARBOX BURNT OUT ON 5308 KM? AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND COMPLAINTS DIRECTLY TO MAHINDRA ROODEPOORT WERE VEHICLE WAS BOOKED IN ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER 2012 I WAS ADVISED TO LOG A COMPLAINT AT HEAD OFFICE TO NO AVAIL GOT MY VEHICLE BACK ON THE 16TH OF JANYARY 2013, NO EXUSES NO WE APPOLIGIES THAT I WAS SITTING WITHOUT A VEHILE FOR ALL THIS TIME AND STILL PAID MFC MY INSTALLMENT OF R5800 PER MONTH NO LOAN CAR OFFERED OR ANY HELP WITH REPAYMENTS OR ANYTHING, INSTEAD I WAS TREADED LIKE AN BY WORKSHOP MANAGER OF MAHINDRA ROODEPOORT BECAUSE HE HAD NO DRIVER TO FETCH MY VEHICLE ON THE 16TH OF JANUARY 2013 SO I HAD TO COLLECT THE VEHICLE MYSELF FROM DELPORTS GEARBOX CENTRE BOOYSENS AND WHAT SCARED ME WAS THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD I AM NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMER TO HAVE TO MAKE OWN ARRANGEMENTS. MAHINDRA THIS IS SUCH A NICE VEHICLE BUT YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!! PATHETIC!!!
