I have a SSangyong Korando and as normal take a vehicle into the garage when there is problem. I have taken the vehicle in August 2012 to AMH where I bought the vehicle and due to the responsibility change the vehicle was taken to Mahindra who have taken the responsibility. Since then there is responsibilty shift as to who is responsible for getting the vehicle back on the road. I had proved my fuel usage, which was a point of contention that I used the incorrect fuel. The part in question is the Catalyst Diesel Particulate Filter. The lawyers are also struggling to get a clear response from Mahindra, who categorically indicate that it is AMH responsibility. The process with lawyers is still taking place. Neither of the two parties wants to take responsibility
