Ssangyong Korando - No Service for 2 weeks

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
I bought a New 2L CRD Auto Korando in October 2012, and the Vehicle now has only 17 000KM on the clock. The gearbox has a big problem and in "hunting" / Surging and not stabilising in Gear. I booked it into SSANGyong EAST Rand on the 19th March already, and all they say is they feel the problem, but diagnostics Shows up nothing, so they now are going to waiting until After 2 April for Head office to tell them what to do. They "cannot do anything" This is very poor service and I am not happy for a car that is still new.
And in the meantime - I do not have a car.
