Dollar Thrifty Car Rental South Africa

A friend and myself, we booked a car from thrifty last month (Mid-January 2013) under the name of Jabulani Mkhize a group B and was supposed to be taken on the 13th of February 2013 at 15h00.
Of which Mkhize was there at 14h30 and he was informed that they can't use his credit card because it's numbers are not embodied in a card, he then called me to come to the airport so we could use my card. I came from work (umkhomazi) to UShaka airport (more tha 82km) and when I get there 16h50 they telling us they don't have an vehicle for us, called the head office in Johannesburg and they said thrifty must make a plan and the consulted said to us they've tried everything they can but they can't assist us.

Manager came inn we also explained to her what has transpired she said she will make a plan for us and she did of which the whole process was finished at 18h30.

This is the compensation we looking for...
a. Special price on the car we've taken which is dented and has no vehicle license.
b. Compensation on a petrol I used coming to the airport which could have been avoided f everything was explain on booking.
c. Compensation on our dinner we finished late we had to get some dinner (18h50)
