I went Marimba Motor spares on saturday 25 August to get a clutch kit for my car, i paid for it and when i got to my machenic he told me that for starters they have given me the wrong clutch it so i had to go there for a refund. The guy refunded me and he used FNB i use the same bank and should have received the money within a minute and its now Wednesday the money is still not in my account. I have called FNB twice and even did a conference call between the FNB agent and the guy at the spares who has been rude and saying the F"word" saying he cannot answer why i have not yetr been refunded and how he does not work for FNB. I felt that he could have handled the matter differently! Its the second encounter i have had with this motor spares of bad service!! I really wouldnt recommend any1 to go there!!!
