on the 31/5/2013 i went to Engen Atturbury street at Menlyn (Pretoria) to fill petrol at 15H26. So someone stopped after i have stopped. i explained to petrol attender that i came first and his answer was (is the same we will fill for you). is the company not using first come first serve motto? If the cameras mounted on the walls are working this can be rewinded
i den ask the guy who came to assist me (his name is Ernest) that who is the supervisor for that shift he then answered me and said we don`t have supervisor. he saw me complaining to his colleague. the way i was rating Engen i never thought i will be treated like that. i did not wanted to take my complain to the stores because i have realized that your guys there are protecting each other without leasoning to the complain.
i hope you will address this and give me feedback in order for me to fill petrol there again. preferably apology from Ernest will be accepted.
