Bad quality petrol

I filled my tank on Monday 26/11 and realised the next morning that something was drastically wrong with my car. I took her to a professional person and he explained that something was wrong with the petrol. I contacted Engen Head Office on 29/11 and explained to them what the story was re the petrol and possible damage to my car. They told me they will come back within 48 hours.
By the weekend it was so bad that my car could not drive any longer and I was warned that there already might be damage to my car!! We then had to drain the tank (refill at own cost) and replace the petrol filter (at own cost)!
I phoned Engen again and the gentleman told me the Service Station (Engen La Rochelle) told him it is impossible that the petrol can be responsible for this - I told him I have a sample of the petrol and its PITCH BLACK!!
Still no response!!!
So I phoned them again yesterday and spoke to Pia... no one ever asked the sample of the petrol and I am not happy about this!!!
I want some kind of explanation as well as reimbursement for all the costs I incurred!!!
