Ad service, bad management

Lasy year in September my family and I decided to go on holiday to the coast. I filled up my petrol tank at Engen Garage in Edgemead. Having an electronic operated petrol tank, I merely press a button for it to open. Having it been such a long journey I had to fill up along the way. When I got to another garage the tank did not want to open, after having pressed the button as I have never experienced any problem before. The attendance at this garage had to force it open manually, only to find that the petrol attendances at Edgemead Garage has pressed it so hard it broke. On my journey back I went to the Engen Garage asking who the person was that assisted me as I was a regular there I explained to them what happened and that someone had to take responsibility, all of them merely walked away. My petrol cap is still broken. I have forgotten about it, and went back to have a car wash only to find after the car wash my perfume was out of my Carbio, I complained, nothing was done. Today I went to by 3 sandwiches, cashier rang up 4, shoved my R100 change under her feet on the floor, denying it. A supplier & customer standing behind me witness this, she had to give it.
